Swipefinders ad unit does not collect, process, or store any personal data under GDPR. Our interactive swiping platform operates without identifying individual users or maintaining any personally identifiable information.

2. WHAT WE DO PROCESS

We only process anonymous, session-based interaction data:

• Anonymous swipes, clicks, and views within a single browser session
• Aggregated content performance metrics without user identification
• Session-based anonymous identifiers that are not connected to individuals and expire when the session ends

3. TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION

Our privacy-by-design approach ensures:

• No cookies are set or read by our platform
• No IP addresses, device IDs, or any other personal identifiers are collected
• All interaction data is anonymous and session-limited
• We deliver creative content to publishers who then serve it to users

4. DATA STORAGE

• We store only anonymized activity metrics
• Media assets are distributed via a CDN
• No personal data exists in our systems to be accessed, modified, or deleted
• Activity logs (not user logs) containing only anonymous metrics and are retained for 6 months

5. LEGAL BASIS

As we do not process personal data, GDPR requirements for legal basis do not apply to our operations. We operate purely as a creative delivery service providing interactive ad units without any personal data processing.
